System Plus elects new Supervisory Board

With the election of a new supervisory board at the System Plus shareholder meetings in June 2023, System Plus is looking to the future with determination and optimism.

Frans Zuidgeest from Mainfreight Netherlands/Belgium, Gianfranco Brillante from Fercam Italy and Marianne Welter from Arthur Welter Luxembourg will leave the
Supervisory Board at the end of the election period in order to devote more time to the challenging tasks in their own company.

Supervisory Board members for the period 2024-2026 are:

Herr Sabo, Richard, Streck Transport, Switzerland
Herr Tousain, Ruud, Mainfreight, The Netherlands/Belgium

With Hannes Baumgartner, Richard Sabo and Ruud Tousin, three new faces are joining the Supervisory Board. They contribute many years of logistical and technical expertise and,
together with their colleagues, evaluate macroeconomic developments at European level, new trends in logistics and their feasibility in the network. Their goal: To take the right steps
together with the management so that System Plus is well positioned in the future in a constantly changing market.
